For standard wood-to-wood bonding, a clamping time of 30 to 60 minutes is usually sufficient under normal room temperature. However, for maximum bond strength, the assembly should remain stress-free for at least 24 hours.
PVA-based synthetic wood adhesives are designed for porous surfaces like wood and MDF. For bonding laminates to non-porous surfaces like metal, we recommend our C-BOND SR (Synthetic Rubber) contact adhesives.
