C BOND SR-802 is heavy golden brown viscous liquid of brushing viscosity. C BOND SR-802 is formulated after intense R&D efforts to address diverse application needs of the industry.
C BOND SR-802 has been developed as multi-purpose high strength adhesives. Forms strong, permanent contact bonds between the following materials – rigid PVC sheet, polyurethane foams of the polyester and polyester types, supported PVC leather cloth, leather, polyester glass fiber, rubber sheet and extrusions all of which may be bonded to each other or to hardboard, chipboard, wood, painted or unpainted metal. C BOND SR-802 is well established in the automotive and coach building operations to which C BOND SR-802 is suited include door and fascia trim, roof headlining, parcel racks and glove compartment.
C BOND SR-802 has also proved its versatility in the shop fitting and bar fitting trades and in the boat building, furniture and footwear industries, where they are widely used as multi-purpose adhesives. It has excellent ageing resistance. Care should be taken to establish that the backing of the supported PVC leather cloth is of sufficient quality to prevent plasticizer migration.
