C-BOND LINUX C3 is an aqueous polyvinyl acetate dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It has cross-linking properties & is a ready for use water resistant wood adhesive.
C-BOND LINUX C3 is a one pack, ready for use water resistant wood adhesive which meets the requirements of En204 category D3. C-BOND LINUX C3 gives a fast rate of bond strength development, good heat resistance and excellent adhesion on impact testing. The adhesive also meets the requirements of EN204 category D4 with the addition of isocyanates. Category D3 of EN204 covers the uses of wood adhesives in applications where joints may be subjected to short term water contact or exposure to high humidity for example window frames, Kitchen Cabinet.
C-BOND LINUX C3 is water based and is nontoxic under normal conditions. More detailed information is available in the relevant Health and Safety Data Sheet.
C-BOND LINUX C3 should not be stored for longer than 6 months before processing. As far as possible, storage should be at a uniform temperature between 5-25°C. The product should be kept in a sealed container away from frosts and direct sunlight. If these conditions cannot be met, please refer to our Technical Service Department who will advise on storage stability
